We had a really really nice stay in Ninh Binh just off the nature, site seeing with rented bicycle or scooter and Ninh Binh. Incredible and accommodating stuff and we loved the host.

Just a stone's throw away from the accommodation, we discovered a fantastic spot for family cycling adventures. With picturesque views and winding pathways, cycling around the stunning countryside of Ninh Binh was an absolute delight. The kids had a blast exploring the charming villages and scenic landscapes, making unforgettable memories together.

For dads, it would be great if there were more children's activities available at the homestay, such as a play area or organized games.

Magnificent location so close to restaurants, taxis, Vietnam, everything perfect. Location in the area. And it is a short walk to restaurants. Would recomand it to all and would absolutely stay here again ourselves.

We were disappointed that our room did not have the promised view of the rice fields, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It was a letdown not to have the expected scenery from our room.

Stayed here with my mom and overall truly enjoyed this apartment. Their room was neat and complete with view on the ricefields as well as AC. All the staff were very very nice and helpful, thanks a lot guys.

Perfectly clean and huge room with bathroom as well as a beautiful view. Breakfast with the view. Great setting near town center. And so close to the lake and the boats, the Tam Coc town centre and the famous Tam Coc boat ride and taxis: )

I recently stayed at Tam Coc Mountain View Homestay for 4 nights and I absolutely loved it! The location is superb, with beautiful views of the limestone mountains and a short 5-minute walk to the town center and the famous Tam Coc boat ride. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were basic but comfortable. I really enjoyed the large breakfast that was included in the room rate, and the fact that the homestay is on the edge of rice fields made for a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. I also appreciated the reasonable priced motorbike rental available.

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay. the location was perfect, with the main streets, town center, and restaurants all within easy reach. the room was spacious and well-maintained, with everything working as it should. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even shower after we had checked out. We also appreciated the option to rent motor scooters and bicycles from the homestay at a good price. the breakfast provided was tasty, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the surroundings.

The only minor downside was the uncomfortable bed, but overall it didn't detract from our great experience.

The host took the time to explain the whole map of Tam Cốc and surrounding areas, ensuring that I could make the most of my visit. The homestay itself was beautifully put together, right on the rice paddies, providing a serene and secluded atmosphere. The breakfast served was delicious, and the views from the common area were breathtaking. I also appreciated the free bike rental, which allowed me to explore the nearby mountains. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a slightly hard bed and Wi-Fi issues in the room, I overall highly recommend this homestay for its comfort, warmth, and helpful staff.
